Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Eastern practice which promotes healing and vitality. It has been simplified and made available for modern times! With easy, gentle movements, you can balance your personal energy to reduce stress, relieve pain, heal faster, and enjoy improved mental focus, strength and balance.


Rhonda Battisto, a Certified Spring Forest Qigong Master Healer and Instructor, and Michelle Huber co-lead a weekly practice group which is free and open to the public. They would love for you to join the group and enjoy learning and using these simple tools for accelerated healing and increased personal vitality!
